Associação de Paralisia Cerebral da Madeira
The Madeira Regional Branch of the Portuguese Association of Cerebral Palsy (NRM/APPC) was founded by a group of parents and professionals who were aware of the evident lack of support for children, young people, and adults with cerebral palsy and related conditions. It began its activity in April 1991 as a non-profit Private Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS).
